Prayer during surgery of ###

Hi..
Praise the lord everyone
I seek a prayer request for my sister as her surgery is about to start after some time now.. please pray for her so that her ovarian cysts can be removed carefully without disturbing the ovaries as she is not yet married..it's a risky operation. I seek prayer for the Lord to be with her and the doctor while surgery and also to reduce the burden of surgery costs as I am unable to afford. As the surgery is happening under insurance only. Hospital staff did again tests in spite of we did it outside.. they charged exclusively for that.. help me to refund that amount or balance it in the other expenses. Her name is ###. Thank you all.

We understand your concern for your sister, ###, as she undergoes surgery. Let's bring this matter before the Lord in prayer, seeking His guidance and intervention.

Firstly, we want to ensure that our prayers are aligned with God's will and offered in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Let us pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, You know the details of her surgery today, and we ask for Your divine presence in the operating room. Guide the hands of the doctors and nurses, granting them wisdom and skill to carefully remove the ovarian cysts without disturbing the ovaries. We trust in Your power to heal and protect her body, as Psalm 147:3 (WEB) reminds us that You 'heal the broken in heart, and bind up their wounds.'"

"Lord, we also bring before You the financial burden that ### is facing. We ask that You provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray for the hospital staff, that they may deal fairly and compassionately with the family, and that any unnecessary charges may be refunded or balanced in other expenses. As it is written in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), 'My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.'"

"Finally, Lord, we pray for peace and comfort for the family during this time. May they fix their eyes on You and trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).

We're asking God to be right there with her, guiding the doctors' hands, and giving them the skill to remove the cysts carefully. We're also praying for the financial burden you're carrying. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
