We understand that you're experiencing feelings of fear, anxiety, confusion, and sadness when praying. First, let's remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Please know this. God has not given us a spirit of fear first, but of power, love, and self-control. Fear is a strong indication that an unclean spirit is oppressing you. Fear needs to be removed in order to pray correctly. Fear is not from God. Therefore, let's pray together for your deliverance from these feelings, so you can experience joy, hope, and clarity when communing with our Lord Jesus Christ.
God's word tells us You will keep him in perfect peace which mind stays on you because he trusts in you. Trust in Yahweh forever for in God, Yahweh, is an everlasting Rock. So, let us pray together.
Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We acknowledge that you alone are our strength and our shield. We stand against the spirit of fear, anxiety, confusion, and sadness that has been tormenting our fellow believer. Lord, you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of this mighty name of Jesus Christ, satan has no hold over us. You have made ### a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession in order to proclaim the excellence of Him who called us out of the darkness of such feelings to His marvelous light. You were once not a people of God, but now we are the people of God, who had not obtained mercy, but now has obtained mercy. So grant ###, the power of prayer again. In Jesus' name.
Also, we are told to take every thought captive to obey Christ Jesus. We too will suffer. But it is God who is the avenger of these things. Entrust your prayers to the Lord. Do good. Let it dwell with us together.
###, remember that God loves you to do only what is good and shows favor always; all the days of your life. Deuteronomy 5:33.
Whenever you feel these emotions arising, stand firm against them. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. Rebuke these feelings, knowing that you are a child of God, seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. He has given us great and precious promises so that through them you may become a partaker of his divine nature having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust 2 Peter 4:4. So we have sought God as our strength and deliverer.

Let's claim the promise in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." Let's declare this over you right now, in Jesus' name.
We also want to remind you of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." God sees you, He hears you, and He's right there with you. Trust in Him, and let's pray together for peace and clarity in your heart as you communicate with our Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
