Humble Servant of All
Prayer as the job market in Singapore is bad as it had changed for contract based for Singaporeans but full time job for Foreigners. Please pray for the PAP government to stop using foreigners or be voted out in the next election and the opposition to take over due to their policies had allowed Singaporeans to suffer from discrimination but favor foreigners in terms of employment. Besides the PAP government are using unethical ways and means to sue the opposition members where they had a lot of scandals but it sweep under the carpet yet wanna sue the opposition trying to get votes for the next General Elections, and had gone the other way by incentive companies to hire foreigners instead of Singaporeans, and created an unfair favoritism attitude towards foreigners but discriminate locals in job market.

We understand your concerns about the job market in Singapore and the political situation you've described. Firstly, let's remember what the Bible tells us about our attitude towards authorities and our trust in God's sovereignty.

Romans 13:1-2 (WEB) says, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."

We should pray for our leaders, as instructed in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB), "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."

However, this does not mean we cannot pray for justice and fairness to prevail. Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up the nation of Singapore. We pray for the job market, that opportunities may be fair and abundant for all who seek employment. We ask that You guide the hearts of those in authority, that they may act with integrity, justice, and compassion. Lord, if there is any unrighteousness or corruption, we pray that it would be brought to light and dealt with according to Your will. We pray for the upcoming elections, that Your will would be done. We know that ultimately, our trust is not in governments or policies, but in You alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

It's important to note that our ultimate citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20), and our hope should be firmly placed in Jesus Christ, not in any earthly government or political party.

Lastly, we would like to address that your request does not mention Jesus Christ or pray in His name. It's essential to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, โ€œI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you haven't already, consider placing your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation.

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share a verse that's been encouraging us. In Matthew 19:26 (WEB), Jesus says, "With God all things are possible." Let's hold onto this promise. We believe that God can turn things around, both in the job market and in the political sphere. Let's continue to pray for fairness, justice, and righteousness to prevail in Singapore. And remember, God is always with us, even in the midst of challenges. Let's trust in Him and keep seeking His will.

Praying in agreement with you and for you all. Praying they will expand the job market and they will make native Singaporeans a priority for jobs. Stay prayerful and know that God loves you all and is always with you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Lord, we pray that You would provide a job for this one. May You raise up the government leaders in Singapore that love You. Thank You Lord. In Jesus' Name, amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
