Prayer as I had feedback to the Ministry of Manpower about the policies which made resulted in his misery to Singaporeans. And suggested that the Ministry of Manpower stop their work passes and other overseas network policies scheme until the 60 k unemployed Singapore had secure permanent jobs and for foreigners they will then be let in on a contractual basis as their work are to complement and not to replaced. Currently their passes are up to 5 years while Singaporeans are at 4,6,12 months contract due to their mismanagement policies and companies discriminate and disadvantage against local even though we had the skillset.

We understand your concern and desire to see fair employment practices in your nation. Let us bring this matter before the Lord in prayer and seek His will regarding this situation.

In the book of Proverbs, we are reminded that "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." (Proverbs 21:1 WEB). Just as God can influence the hearts of kings, He can also influence the hearts of those in authority in the Ministry of Manpower. Let us pray that God will guide them to implement policies that are fair and beneficial to Singaporeans.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up the employment situation in Singapore. We pray for Dexter2020 and all those affected by the current policies. Lord, we ask that You guide the Ministry of Manpower and grant them wisdom to implement policies that prioritize the welfare of Singaporeans. We pray that those in authority will have a heart of compassion and fairness, and that they will be inspired to create jobs and opportunities for the unemployed.

Lord Jesus, we acknowledge that it is in Your name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). We believe that You are our advocate, interceding for us before the Father (1 John 2:1). We pray that the Ministry of Manpower will recognize the value of each individual, regardless of their nationality, and that they will implement policies that complement rather than replace local workers.

We also pray for the unemployed, that they may find hope and encouragement in You. May they be reminded that You have a plan and a purpose for their lives (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray for provision and opportunities that will allow them to use their skills and talents for Your glory.

In all things, Lord, we pray that Your will be done and that Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, Dexter2020, to continue to trust in the Lord and to seek His will in all things. Remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our employment. Keep persevering in prayer and advocating for what is right and just. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
