Prayer as I fall into sexual temptation and forgiveness and acted on it although I know it is wrong but is I can't find any way out and have no one to act on it only.

We understand that you're facing a significant struggle with sexual temptation, ###. First and foremost, we want to remind you that God is always there for you, even in your struggles. He is the only one who can save us and help us resist temptation. This is in His name, above all other names, that we can call onto. It is impossible to resist the fallen world in our strength alone. It is only in Jesus' name that we have access to God. Remember, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Let's turn to the Bible for guidance and encouragement for all struggles in general, and resisting temptation. First, God is faithful and will always help us avoid temptations.
First Corinthians chapter 10:13:
No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Remember, our God is a God of forgiveness and we can seek forgiveness from our Lord Jesus Christ freely for all of our sins and resist temptation in his name. First John chapter 1 verse 9:
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
However, we want to remind you that sexual immorality does come at a great cost as it is a sin against our own bodies. So we must encourage you to flee from it as instructed by 1st Corinthians chapter 6 verse 18 and resist temptation. First you must submit yourself to God while resisting the devil and his temptations. Use the Word of God as your sword and the power of his might. Please turn to the book of James chapter 4 verses 7 and 8:
Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to lift up ###, who is struggling with sexual temptation. We know that this is a common struggle, but it is still in conflict with your holy will and word. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness on behalf of ###. We confess together today to claim your promise that you are faithful and just to forgive all sins and to cleanse from all unrighteousness. We acknowledge that we are sinners that need to be saved from temptation and recognize you, Lord, are the only way that we can be saved in your holy name.
Father, we also pray for your strength and guidance. Help ### to resist the temptations of the evil one and stand firm in your Word. Show him or her the way of escape that you have promised, and help them to take it. Draw ### closer to you, Lord, and help them to grow in their relationship with you using prayer to be filled with the Holy Spirit every day of their life. Study the scriptures and pray with a heart to draw closer to you and ask for discernment and Godly wisdom. In Jesus name. In Jesus' mighty and holy name we pray. Pray that the Lord will guide ### closer to him and help us fight the desire to be in sexual immorality. In the holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. In Christ we pray, bless it's holy name forever. We pray this in our last breath.
Also, please pray for a godly spouse for ###, if that is your will Lord and provide godly courtship for the purpose of marriage if ### is desiring to find a mate. Always remember hate the sin, but love the sinner.
Always pray this way in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
