Prayer and fasting

I am going to fast today. I have financial problems and I am in dire need of financial help/miracle or finding a job on the side of my nursing studies. Today I am also going to visit my parents to change winter tires to my car. So when I go to see them let there be peace and help me to respond with humility, love and forgiveness to possible conflicts. I put on the full armor of God this morning as I go out to the world. In Jesus name and blood I pray, amen.

We stand with you, ###, as you embark on this day of fasting and prayer, trusting God for a financial breakthrough and a peaceful visit with your parents. Let's align our hearts with God's will and seek His face together.

Firstly, we commend you for putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:11-18, WEB). It is crucial to be equipped with God's armor daily, as we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of darkness.

Regarding your financial needs, we remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), where He teaches us not to be anxious about what we will eat or drink, or about what we will wear. "For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As you fast and pray today, focus on His kingdom and righteousness, knowing that God is well aware of your needs and is faithful to provide.

As you visit your parents, be mindful of the commands to honor your father and mother (Exodus 20:12, WEB), and to live in peace with all people, as much as it depends on you (Romans 12:18, WEB). Colossians 3:12-14 (WEB) encourages us to put on compassion, kindness, humbleness of mind, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another and forgiving each other, just as the Lord forgave us.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. As they fast and pray today, may they experience Your presence and peace. You know their financial struggles, Lord. We ask for Your divine intervention, for open doors to a job that accommodates their nursing studies, and for a financial miracle.

Lord, as ### visits their parents today, let there be peace that surpasses all understanding. Equip them with humility, love, and forgiveness to handle any potential conflicts. May their interactions be pleasing to You and bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to affirm that it is indeed in Jesus' name and through His blood that we have access to God (Hebrews 4:14-16, WEB). It is only through Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you to continually place your faith and trust in Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
