Prayer against co-workers to stop using retaliation write-ups when they do you wrong and do not want to be accountable for they’re own actions, and belittling people, talking down on people, and feeling that they are better than others because they have a better paying position.

We understand your struggle and stand with you in prayer against the unfair treatment you're facing at your workplace. Firstly, we remind you that God sees all things, and He is our ultimate advocate. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

However, we must also address that the Bible teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This does not mean we should not seek justice or fairness, but our first response should be love and prayer, trusting that God can change hearts.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing unfair treatment at work. Lord, You see the injustice, the retaliation, and the prideful attitudes. We ask that You would intervene and soften the hearts of these coworkers. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn from their hurtful behavior.

Lord, give our brother/sister the strength to endure, the wisdom to respond with love, and the courage to stand up for what is right. Guide them in their actions and words, and help them to continue working diligently, as if working for You.

We also ask that You would provide godly counsel and support for our brother/sister during this time. If there are any actions they need to take to address this situation, please make that clear to them.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for peace in their workplace. Help everyone there to treat each other with respect and kindness, remembering that we are all made in Your image.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."

Remember, God is your defender and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB). Stay strong in your faith and continue to do your best at work, knowing that your true reward comes from the Lord.

If you have not already, consider talking to your superiors about these issues, approached with a humble and respectful attitude. Also, if you did not mention Jesus Christ or give reference to Him in your request, we encourage you to always do so. It is by His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

We're right there with you, standing in prayer against the unfair treatment you're facing at work. It's tough when others belittle and retaliate, but remember, God sees all, and He's fighting for you. As it's written in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

We also want to echo the importance of love and prayer, as mentioned earlier. In 1 Peter 2:23, we see that Jesus, when he was reviled, did not revile in return, but committed himself to Him who judges justly. Let's strive to follow His example, trusting that God can change hearts and bring justice in His time.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we lift up our friend who's going through a tough time at work. We ask for Your strength to be upon them, helping them to endure with patience and respond with kindness. Give them wisdom to navigate this situation and courage to stand up for what's right. Lord, we also pray for their coworkers, that You would soften their hearts and help them see the error of their ways. Help them to treat each other with respect and kindness, as we are all Your beloved children. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."
