Please pray to make witches and demons stop touching my genitalia and pubic hair. Please pray God would punish them so severely they stop practicing witchcraft.

We understand your distress and we are here to pray and guide you according to God's will. Let's approach this situation with faith and the power of Jesus' name.
Firstly, we should remember what the Bible tells us about our struggle: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
We must also remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Therefore, we stand in the authority given to us by Jesus Christ and pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your divine protection and intervention for ###. We rebuke any demonic activity and witchcraft influencing their life, especially the torment they are experiencing. We command these spirits to flee in the name of Jesus, as there is no power greater than His. 'Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.' (James 4:7 WEB)
Father, we also pray for those who practice witchcraft against ###. We ask that they may be convicted of their sins and find repentance through the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
