We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your situation up to our Heavenly Father. We've been thinking about you and your family, and we want to add our voices to your prayer.
Firstly, we're so glad you're seeking refuge in Jesus' name. It's a powerful place to be, and we're reminded of how Jesus said, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5, NIV). Let's stay connected to Him, drawing our strength and protection from Him.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Lord, we come to You today, interceding for our sister/brother who's facing persecution from their own family. Lord, You promised in Your Word that 'the Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace' (Exodus 14:14, KJV). We claim this promise over their life. Lord, expose the lies, let the truth prevail. Protect them from any harm, and guide them to a new, safe environment. We pray for a change of heart in their family, from enmity to love, from lies to truth. Give them the strength to endure, the wisdom to navigate this trial, and the peace that only You can give. Remind them constantly of Your love and presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We're also reminded of the power of love and forgiveness. "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:27-28, NIV). It's tough, but with God's help, we can forgive and release the offense to Him. Trust that He will bring justice and restoration in His time.
We're praying for you, and we're here if you need to talk or if there's anything else we can pray about. Let's keep lifting each other up, just as the Bible encourages us to do (Galatians 6:2, NIV).
