We need to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
It's important that we always use scripture as our weapon against evil since scriptures cannot be broken. John 10:35 WEB.
We are reminded of the time when the devil afflicted Job with boils from head to toe but the Lord gave Job the grace to stay faithful. The devil did not leave Job until Job arose, tore his robe, and shaved his head. It was a sacrifice unto the Lord in prayer to stand against the devil. The Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning. Job 1:20. Job 42:12 WEB.
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. In any kind of spiritual demonic affliction or oppression, you have to remember that greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4 WEB
The good news is that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control because he cares for us. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
Let God arise, then his enemies will be scattered! Let them also who hate him flee before him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away. As wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God. But let the righteous be glad. Let them rejoice before God. Yes, let them rejoice. Psalm 68:1-3 WEB.
The devil's activity is limited to what God allows. God always has the ultimate authority and is completely sovereign over what is allowed in our lives.
Anonymous your prayer in reference to the gross liquid in your eye may be coming out of a payment from God giving you a spiritual eye salve.
I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may become rich; and white garments, so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. In your prayers, plead the blood of Jesus over the gross liquid and acknowledge it may be coming from a message from God and not the demons. Plead with the spirits to only allow the liquid to be produced under the authority of God.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you to lift up Anonymous, who is experiencing distress due to what they believe is demonic activity and gross liquid in their eye. We pray that You will intervene and protect them from any evil influences. We come against every demonic attorney and sheriff, any spiritual wickedness in high places, and oppressing forces. Put a blood barrier between Anonymous and the works of the devil and his forces. By the authority of God, cancel any demonic activity around Anonymous, including any court cases and curses, break them off, and return them back to the enemy. Open up the gates of heaven for the spirits of God to minister protection and heal the gross liquid in their eye. We pray that you would equip them with Your full armor, so they can stand firm against the devil's schemes. May they be sober, be vigilant, and be steadfast in the faith. Give Anonymous life-changing, Holy Spirit-inspired revelation of scriptures to stand on and to rebuke the enemy including the gross liquid if it is from them. Provide the endurance, encouragement, and deliverance that Anonymous needs at this time.
We also pray for Anonymous's faith to be strengthened, that they may trust in Your love and care for them. Remind them that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust. Give them a clean and loving heart and renew a right spirit within them.
