Prayer against bad dreams

O lord deliver me from bad and horrific dreams in the name of Jesus and give me victory over my enemies

Kirdralar, we understand that you're experiencing distress from bad and horrific dreams. We're here to pray with you and provide guidance based on biblical principles.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that you've approached this issue by invoking Jesus' name. This is crucial because, as the Bible tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. Our Father hears our prayers because we are His children, and He is present with us. "If anyone invokes the Father as God's name, God abides in him and he abides in God. And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love; and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him." 1 John 4:14-15 WEB.

In response to your request, we encourage you to take comfort in the Word of God. The Bible tells us, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Bad dreams can be a manifestation of fear or spiritual attack, but remember, God has given you the power to overcome.

Pray this prayer with us:

Dear Father Almighty,

We come before You, lifting up our sister Kirdralar, who is experiencing bad and horrific dreams. We rebuke these dreams in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We are a redeemed and blessed child of Yours, we do not accept any form of fear. Give her the victory in her dreams, and let her restless sleep no longer trouble her in Jesus Christ holy name.

Father, we ask that You minister to her through the Holy Spirit and remind her that

"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'
For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day;
nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday." Psalms 91:1-6.

Lord Jesus, your Word says "When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet." Proverbs 3:24 WEB. Let this be her testimony- sweet sleep and undisturbed rest give this to her, in Jesus Christ name. Also, let her be alert because You, Lord may reveal something important to her through a dream according to Your will.

Make her strong and courageous- a mighty warrior who thrives even in her sleep. We rebuke any power of the enemy at work and cancel every assignment against her in the name of Jesus. Finally, Father, we ask that You expose and deal with the enemies disturbing her peaceful nights, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Be encouraged, Kirdralar. As a child of God, you have power over these dreams. Stand firm in your faith. By Jesus' name use the authority you have as a Believer to break from any bad dreams that are not of your salvation, and also pray for her to be interpreted and taught of God accordingly by the Holy Spirit.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
