We understand that you're feeling stuck and wanting protection against backwardness, stagnation, and failure. You've also asked for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God desires for us to succeed and live abundant lives. However, it's important to understand that God's definition of success might differ from the world's. True success is knowing God and walking in His ways. In Joshua we are told to meditate on God's word day and night and to be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
In James 1:5 WEB it says, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.
Proverbs 2:6-7,9-10 WEB For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, ... Then you will understand righteousness and justice, Equity; yes, every good path. For wisdom will enter into your heart. Knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.
We also want to remind you that God is sovereign, and His timing is perfect. Sometimes, what feels like stagnation is actually a period of growth and preparation. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up ###, asking for Your protection against backwardness, stagnation, and failure. We ask for the Lord to cover them in Jesus Christ's name. We claim the promises in Your Word that ask, it will be given; seek, you will find; knock, and it will be opened. You promised to supply all our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name, we ask for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Help ### to trust in Your timing and to seek You first. Help them to grow in Your wisdom and knowledge. Guide them in Jesus Christ's name. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
In closing, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The scripture explains about us being saved. If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. Romans 10:9-10 WEB
