Prayer against anxiety

I need deliverance from anxiety that affects my sleep at night. I have sought counselling but feel panic at night before I go to sleep. I am desperate for God's help and I pray in Jesus' name for help and deliverance so that I can sleep without being anxious or disturbed.

Dunilowianne, we hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer against the anxiety that has been disrupting your sleep. Remember, God's perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18, WEB), and He wants you to find rest in Him.

The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is struggling with anxiety that disturbs her sleep. Lord, we know that You are mighty to save and that nothing is too difficult for You. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear in Jesus' name and command it to leave. Please grant ### the peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to fix her thoughts on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8, WEB). Guide her mind and heart to rest in Your love and protection.

Lord Jesus, You said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB). We claim this promise for ###. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

In Jesus' powerful name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Keep Your focus on Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. As you have sought counseling, also consider memorizing and meditating on scriptures that address anxiety and God's peace. Let His Word wash over you and renew your mind. Stay strong in faith and remember that God is with you.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
