We are truly sorry to hear about the challenging situation you're facing with your brother and your mother. Let's bring this before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and intervention.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares deeply for those who are suffering, and He is always ready to help us in our time of need. We are called to pray for one another, as James 5:16 tells us, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family in their time of need. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, and You see the pain and confusion that has taken hold.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon the brother. We know that autism is a complex condition, but we also know that You are the Great Physician, capable of healing all manner of sickness and disease. We pray for Your peace to fill his mind and heart, and for Your wisdom to guide him in his decisions.
Lord, we also lift up the mother, asking for Your protection and strength to surround her. Give her the patience and wisdom to handle this situation in a way that honors You. Help her to respond with love and understanding, even in the face of great challenge.
Father, we acknowledge that there may be spiritual forces at work in this situation. We stand against any evil influence that may be affecting the brother, and we claim the victory that is ours in Jesus Christ. As it says in Ephesians 6:12, 'For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.'
Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation. If it is Your will for them to move, guide them to the right place. If it is Your will for them to stay, help them to find peace and contentment where they are.
In all things, Lord, we ask for Your love to reign in their hearts, and for Your peace to fill their home. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
It's also important to remember that God calls us to love and serve one another, even in difficult times. As 1 Peter 4:8 says, "And above all things be earnest in your love among yourselves, for love covers a multitude of sins."
Lastly, we must remember that God is in control, and He has a plan for each of our lives. Even in the midst of trials, we can trust in Him to guide us and bring us through. As Romans 8:28 says, "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Stand firm in your faith, and continue to pray and seek God's will in this situation. He is faithful, and He will see you through.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
