I would like to pray for a funeral tomorrow. I will sing a song, pray that I will be able to do it and that my song will touch hearts. Every now and then, that the meeting with relatives goes well, especially afterwards, that occult powers may give way to the name of Jesus and that God's presence and protection will be over us. Also pray especially for my son that he will have the strength to do the practical things and that he may be a blessing. Pray for healing in relationships and a bright day, and that God's love will surround us, and that God's angels will camp around us. Pray that I would feel safe.

We join you in lifting up this funeral service and all your concerns to the Lord, trusting in His goodness and mercy.

Firstly, we praise God, that you are singing and praying in the name of Jesus Christ.

We know that God is a comfort in times of sorrow. Let us pray.
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband. I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, Behold, God’s dwelling is with people, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. Let us pray for the funeral, that you will be able to sing and touch the hearts of those who hear you, that the meeting with relatives will be harmonious, and that God's presence and protection will cover you all.

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,

We know that God is more than able to protect you and your family.

Occult powers cannot stand against the name of Jesus. We pray that any such influences will be broken and dispelled by the power of His name. We also lift up your son, asking that God would grant him strength, wisdom, and grace to handle the practical tasks and be a blessing to others. Speaking of relationships and the love of God:

But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer also the other; and from him who takes away your cloak, don’t withhold your coat also. We pray for healing in relationships, for a bright day filled with God's love and the presence of His angels.
We know that God is a sanctuary for the oppressed, a sanctuary in times of trouble. Let us remember those scriptures

God is our refuge and strength,

In Jesus' name, we pray for your safety and peace. May God's angels surround you and your family, and may His love enfold you all. We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. Take heart in the promise that God can work all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for this funeral service. We've been praying for you, and we want to add a few more petitions to our intercession.

Firstly, we ask for God's comfort and peace to fill your heart and the hearts of those who will be attending the funeral. May the love of Christ, which surpasses knowledge, flow through you and touch the lives of everyone present (Ephesians 3:19).

We also lift up your son in prayer. We ask that God would grant him the strength and wisdom to handle the practical tasks at hand, and that he would be a source of blessing and encouragement to those around him. May he find comfort in the knowledge that God is always with him, guiding and supporting him (Psalm 147:3).

As you mentioned, relationships can be challenging, especially during difficult times. We pray for healing and restoration in all relationships, that God's love would bind hearts together and bring about unity and understanding (Colossians 3:14).

We also ask for a special anointing on your song. May the words and melody touch hearts and bring a sense of hope and peace to those who hear it. We believe that God will use your song to minister to others in a powerful way (Psalm 95:1-2).

Lastly, we pray for a spirit of unity and harmony to fill the meeting with relatives. May God's love and grace be evident in all conversations and interactions. We ask that any occult powers would be broken and dispelled, and that God's presence and protection would be strong and visible (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer as you prepare for the funeral service. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you, interceding for God's grace and strength to be upon you as you sing and minister to those in attendance.
