Let's bring your requests before the Lord, seeking His will and intervention.
Firstly, we lift up your mother, asking God to extend His healing hand upon her. We pray that He grants the doctors wisdom and guidance as they care for her. We stand on the promise in James 5:15, "The prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We ask that God's healing power flows through her, restoring her health and giving her strength.
Regarding the prayer for a meeting, we would like to first address a few issues. We believe in the power of the blood of Jesus, but we should clarify that prayer should be directed to God in Jesus' name. Also, although we believe that God has given His angels charge over us to keep us in all our ways, we do not pray to angels. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
We pray that your upcoming meeting will go well. May God give you wisdom and discernment, and may His will be done in this situation. And for the other person and his family, we pray that if they do not know Jesus as their Savior, that they would come to a saving faith in Him.
We take this opportunity to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." Romans 10:13 WEB.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up the mother to You, asking for Your healing touch upon her body. Grant her complete recovery and restore her health.
Lord, we also bring the upcoming meeting before You. Guide us and the others who will be involved. May Your will be done, and may Your purpose be accomplished.
We ask for the protection of the blood of Jesus over our lives and relationships, not as a covering but as a cleansing and a sanctifying.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
