The act you mentioned is actually called masturbation, not maturation. Maturation is the process of growing up and is unrelated to the subject of your prayer. Also, let us review what the bible says on the subject.
Masturbation is not explicitly mentioned in the Bible, but the principles laid out in Scripture provide clear guidance. Sexual activity is intended by God to be enjoyed within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. The Bible consistently teaches that sexual activity outside of marriage is sinful. Guide them to seek accountability and support from fellow believers, and to renew their mind with Your Word (Romans 12:2 WEB). Help them in their faith to walk in Jesus. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).
