We understand that you're going through a difficult time with a colleague, ###, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we must remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Instead of seeking punishment, we should pray for ###, that God would change his heart and that he would come to know the love of Christ.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we lift up ### to You, asking for Your comfort and guidance during this trying time. Help them to respond to ### with love and kindness, even when it's difficult. We pray for ###, that You would soften his heart and reveal Yourself to him. Help ### to trust in You and to find peace in this situation.
Father, we also pray that ### would grow in their relationship with You. That they would come to know the love of Christ more as this situation is resolved until it disappears. We pray that their life is gloryfying to You and shining the light of the gospel in their office and with their coworkers. Help them to remember Jesus and pray this prayer. If they do not know Jesus Christ, we pray for their salvation in Jesus Christ that they would believe in Jesus the son of God as Lord and Savior. They must believe in Jesus and His resurrection for their salvation because it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God in salvation. As the Bible says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!". By believing in Jesus Christ, they can claim Jesus as the mediator and therefore have access to God. This will open all sorts of access to peace and blessings that are available from God to anyone who will accept it by believing in Jesus Christ. They can then claim Jesus as their mediator and begin bringing all their prayer to Jesus to reach God and focus on being a strong and non-problematic employee and even a godly one that does not allow disputes to overtake them on the job site. We pray that ### would be a blessing in ###'s life and not cause any more trouble while working with ###.
Lord, You are close to the broken-hearted, and You save those who are crushed in spirit. Remember that Jesus wants all things good and not evil for ###'s life as it says in Jeremiah 29:11 third millennium, 'For surely I know the plans I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for your welfare and not for evil, to give you hope and a future'. The destiny of ### should be for these good plans to come to pass.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
###, remember that God is sovereign, and He sees your situation. Trust in Him to work all things together for good, as it says in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Lastly, consider talking to ### directly about the issues you're facing, approaching him with gentleness and respect as it says in 1 Peter 3:15 WEB: "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts; and always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear:" . Also, and if appropriate, discuss the issue with your superiors or human resources department to seek a resolution with ###. Trust that all the help available is coming from Jesus and the access to this is through prayer to Jesus as the son of God.
