We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your property sale and financial burden. Firstly, we commend you for trusting in God's provision and timing, and we join you in praying in Jesus' name. It is only in Jesus Christ that our prayers are heard by God. It is only through Jesus Christ that we are saved.
Remember that God cares for you and your needs. His desire is for you to call upon Him and cast your burdens on Him, for He cares for you (See 1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 55:22).
In the Bible, WEB, Matthew 6:25-34 encourages us not to be anxious about our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor about our body, what we will put on and what we will wear. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. It goes on to say, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
Also, God's word reminds us to be content in all circumstances. As it is written in Philippians 4:11-13, WEB, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your financial provision. Lord, You know the burden they carry and the stress they face. We ask You to ease their burden and provide a buyer for their property, in Your perfect timing. Help them to manage their finances wisely and to trust in You completely.
Forgive us when we worry and do not trust in you fully. Help us to remember that You are our provider. Please help us to always put You first, and help us to use our money as you see fit.
Give them the strength and endurance to face each day with contentment and trust in You. Remind them that You are faithful and that You will supply all of their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB).
In Jesus Christ name we ask this.
Lastly, we encourage you to be patient. Take this time to draw closer to God and to allow Him to work in your life. Read and study God's word, the Holy Bible. Remember that God is faithful through the difficult times. Be encouraged and stay in prayer, keeping your eyes focused on Jesus.
We will continue to pray for you until the property is over to a buyer.
