Pray to remove pride!

Please pray that pride would be removed from my heart, mind, and soul. I’m ### and have so much inner pride thinking I deserve more and it’s caused me to not see the Lord Jesus rightly. I want to serve the Lord and love Him with my whole heart, mind, and soul, but my pride has caused me to want more for myself and not see God's grace and love for me. Also, please pray for me to get out of religious thinking or mindsets and self-critical thinking.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, a young soul seeking your guidance and help. We lift up this prayer request, asking for the removal of pride from their heart, mind, and soul. Lord, at the age of ###, it is easy for pride to take hold and distort our perception of ourselves and of your love and grace.

We pray that you would humble ### and help them to recognize that true fulfillment and satisfaction come from serving and loving you wholeheartedly. Open their eyes to see the greatness of your love and the abundance of your grace that is freely given to them. Help them to understand that they do not deserve more, but that everything they have is a gift from you.

Lord, we also ask for deliverance from religious thinking and self-critical thoughts. Help ### to break free from any mindset that hinders their relationship with you. Fill their mind with your truth and your Word, so that they may have a clear understanding of who you are and who they are in you.

We pray for a transformation in ###'s heart and mind, that they may become childlike in their faith, trusting in you completely and surrendering their pride and self-centeredness. May they experience the freedom and peace that comes from letting go of their own desires and embracing your will for their life.

We claim the promise in James 4:6 that says, "But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.'" We ask for an outpouring of your grace upon ###, that they may experience your love and mercy in a profound way.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
