Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who seeks to know Your Word more deeply. Lord, we ask that You fill their heart with a hunger and thirst for Your promises, as found in Proverbs, Psalms, and throughout the Scriptures. May Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path .
As they embark on a new part-time job in a different industry, we pray for Your guidance and strength. Help them to love and embrace others as You have loved us. Grant them the wisdom of Proverbs 3:5-6, to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding, but in all their ways acknowledge You, and You will make their paths straight.
Lord, we ask for Your blessings upon their endeavors, that they may find joy and fulfillment in their work. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and grace.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
