Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Hapgarth and their prayer request. Lord, we ask that you intervene in their case with the Department of Veterans Affairs regarding their surviving spouse support. We pray that their VA Lawyer would be granted approval for this important matter.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 68:5 that you are a defender of widows and a father to the fatherless. We ask that you would advocate for Hapgarth and grant them the support they deserve. Lord, we trust in your justice and provision, knowing that you are able to make a way where there seems to be no way.
We also pray for wisdom and guidance for the VA Lawyer representing Hapgarth. May they have the knowledge, skills, and favor needed to navigate this case effectively. We ask that you would grant them clarity of thought and persuasive arguments to present before the authorities.
Lord, we know that you are a God of compassion and mercy. We ask that you would touch the hearts of those responsible for making the decision in this case. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to the needs of Hapgarth and the importance of granting the surviving spouse support.
We declare your promises from Isaiah 41:10, that you are with us, strengthening and upholding us. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will work all things together for Hapgarth's good.
