We understand that you're facing challenges at work, Dexterkoh, particularly with regards to your Scrum master. We're here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we're reminded of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." This verse encourages us to focus on doing our best at work as if we're working for the Lord himself.
Regarding your concern about the Scrum master, we should pray for them and the situation. Jesus taught us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who mistreat us and persecute us. (Matthew 5:44 WEB) This doesn't mean we should accept wrongdoing, but rather, we should seek God's will and wisdom in handling such situations. One can also pray to have the heart of God in this situation.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for Your will to be done in Dexterkoh's workplace. Grant them a wonderful day at work tomorrow, filled with Your peace and guidance. Lord, we lift up the Scrum master to You. We ask that they would experience a change of heart.
Help Dexterkoh to respond with love and wisdom, and to work heartily as unto You. We pray that they would seek God's will in Jesus name. Grant both of them the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the love of God, and the peace that passes all understanding.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only mediator between God and man. It is only by His name that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Remember there is no other name given for salvation. "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB)
We pray this together in Jesus name.
