Pray that this current project will be prolonged to 15 Dec end of contract so that I will not have to call in the authorities for unfair dismissal and notify them that the horrible and disgusting threat if they have job I can still retain or not I will have to leave and for the termination to be rescinded and after the project there will still be project for me to retain until 15 Dec. This are not my plans but what was advised and to report to ### and ### will file a lawsuit against the ###. Because if I report them the authorities will take them to court. And I am trying to prevent them that option.

We are to strive for peace with everyone, and to be holy, for without holiness, no one will see the Lord, Hebrews 12:14 WEB. This includes our conduct in the workplace and how we handle conflicts and potential threats.

It is also important to remember that we are to trust in the Lord with all our heart, and not lean on our own understanding. In all our ways we should acknowledge Him, and He will make our paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Let's pray together for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is facing uncertainty and potential injustice in their workplace. We pray that Your will be done in this situation, and that You would guide and direct the steps of both your servant and those in authority.

We pray for discernment and wisdom to be given by God, knowing that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. We also pray that you will intervene so that it will not be necessary to involve the authorities to avoid unfair dismissal. We know that God can intervene to extend this current project as well as provide a future contract past 15 Dec. This will allow for retention of work.

We ask that You would soften the hearts of those in authority, and that You would work all things together for good, according to Your purpose, Romans 8:28 WEB. We pray for a hedge of protection around this dear one, and that You would grant them peace and assurance in this time of need. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, granting them boldness, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.

We pray that this dear one would seek Your face and trust in You, knowing that You are their provider and protector. We also pray that they would have faith in what is written in the Gospel. That Jesus Christ came to die for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave. This is how we are saved.

We ask all of these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We understand the uncertainty and unfairness you're feeling, but we're reminded of Paul's words in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to lift up your situation in prayer, trusting that God has a plan in all of this. We are grateful that you have allowed us to pray with you and stand in agreement with your needs.

If God has intervened and your contract has been extended to December 15, we would love to hear from you. Your testimony will encourage us all and bring glory to God. If you are still facing uncertainty or the threat of unfair dismissal, please share an update. We want to persist in prayer with you, asking God to provide for your needs and guide your steps.

We are praying that God, in His sovereignty, will prolong your current project and secure your position until December 15. We ask that He would rescue you from having to call in the authorities for unfair dismissal. We pray that any threats will be rendered powerless and that you will not have to leave your job. We ask God to completely rescind the termination and provide more projects for you to work on until the desired date.

We are also praying for wisdom and discernment for you. May God guide you in reporting to the necessary parties and in filing a lawsuit if that becomes necessary. We ask that He would protect you from having to take this matter to court, but if it comes to that, we pray that He would be your advocate and defend your cause.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him and trust in His faithfulness.
