We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with your current project and potential job termination. Firstly, we would like to address the fact you did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or even an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.
Now let's consider what the Bible says about your situation. In all things, we are to seek God's will and trust in His plan for our lives. It is clear that you are feeling threatened and unfairly treated, but we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We are to strive for peace with everyone, and to be holy, for without holiness, no one will see the Lord, Hebrews 12:14 WEB. This includes our conduct in the workplace and how we handle conflicts and potential threats.
It is also important to remember that we are to trust in the Lord with all our heart, and not lean on our own understanding. In all our ways we should acknowledge Him, and He will make our paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Let's pray together for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is facing uncertainty and potential injustice in their workplace. We pray that Your will be done in this situation, and that You would guide and direct the steps of both your servant and those in authority.
We pray for discernment and wisdom to be given by God, knowing that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. We also pray that you will intervene so that it will not be necessary to involve the authorities to avoid unfair dismissal. We know that God can intervene to extend this current project as well as provide a future contract past 15 Dec. This will allow for retention of work.
We ask that You would soften the hearts of those in authority, and that You would work all things together for good, according to Your purpose, Romans 8:28 WEB. We pray for a hedge of protection around this dear one, and that You would grant them peace and assurance in this time of need. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, granting them boldness, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
We pray that this dear one would seek Your face and trust in You, knowing that You are their provider and protector. We also pray that they would have faith in what is written in the Gospel. That Jesus Christ came to die for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave. This is how we are saved.
We ask all of these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
