Pray that there will be a decrease in employment for ### but an increase in employment for ###, and pray for those companies which discriminate on ### to move out of ### and end their business here. ### are treated unfairly in ### as they are often given unreasonable low pay on contract to contract and over given underqualified jobs but for ### they are given full time opportunities but they do not have the skillset required.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our nation of ### and its people. Lord, we pray for a shift in the employment landscape, that there will be a decrease in employment for foreigners and an increase in opportunities for ###. We ask that You intervene in the hearts and minds of employers, that they may recognize and value the skills and dedication of local workers.

Father, we also pray against any form of discrimination that ### face in the job market. We ask that companies which unfairly discriminate against local talent be moved out of ### or that their practices be transformed to align with fairness and justice. Lord, let there be a change in the way ### are treated, that they may receive fair wages and stable, full-time employment opportunities that match their qualifications and skills.

We trust in Your sovereignty and believe that You are able to bring about this change. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper.
