Pray that the Lord will return the money lost during a scam which happened ### years ago during Christmas as the Police are still investigating but till now there is no news of my saving being emptied out by some scammers and due to the ### neglect. Pray that God will even though that person received the goods the goods will rot and perish and unworkable because he scammed me of my life saving for his ### goods and till now the money has not been returned.

We are truly sorry to hear about the financial loss you experienced, ###. It's important to remember that God's timing and ways are perfect, and He is able to restore what was lost.

Firstly, we must acknowledge and pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB

For the request, we must remember that God is sovereign and He is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Galatians 6:7-8 WEB. This applies to both the believer and the scammer.

We pray that God will reveal the truth behind this situation and bring the responsible to justice. We also pray the money will be returned to you as the Lord wills. We cannot guarantee God will restore it but we can ask Him to provide what you need in His divine will. We know God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 WEB.

However, we must also rebuke the desire for the goods acquired by the scammer to rot and perish. Vengeance belongs to God alone. Do not seek revenge as it states, Don't repay evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:17,21 WEB. We do not desire evil for them but that they may come to know Christ.

We also encourage you not to hold onto bitterness or anger. Trust God in His perfect plan, for He can turn even the most painful experiences into blessings.

Lastly, we would like to remind you that material possessions are temporary, but our treasures in heaven are eternal. Don't lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don't break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:19-21 WEB

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and the financial loss experienced. Lord, we ask for Your justice in this situation and for the truth to be revealed. We pray for the return of the money lost, if it is Your will.
We ask that he will not feel bitterness but that he will acknowledge Christ and have a relationship with him if that is not already the case. We ask that this situation would be used for Your glory and that ### would continue to trust in You.

Help ### to fix their eyes on You and the eternal treasures in heaven, rather than the temporary things of this world.

We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister, trusting that our Lord is faithful to hear our prayers and act according to His will. We are grateful that you have allowed us to stand with you in prayer regarding the financial loss you experienced through that scam two years ago. We stand in agreement with you, praying that the Lord will restore what was lost and bring justice to this situation.
