Dexter2020, let's bring your request to God together, seeking His will in your life and Rei's. First, we want to commend you for including Jesus in your request, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB).
We want to encourage you with the following scripture: "Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4, WEB). It's important that our desires align with God's will, and that we delight in Him above all else.
However, we want to remind you of the importance of keeping relationships within biblical principles. The invitation to "hang out" or "date" should be done with the intent of pursuing a godly courtship, ultimately leading to a marriage that honors God. Casual dating or relationships without the intention of marriage are not supported in the Bible.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Dexter2020 and Rei. Lord, we ask that if it is Your will, You would make a way for them to spend time together, getting to know each other in a way that honors You. We pray that their relationship would be centered around You, Lord, and that they would seek to glorify You in all they do. Guide their steps, Father, and help them to trust in Your timing and Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
