Humble Servant of All
Pray that my new manager will talk to my app head and they could plan something out till contract end date and for the talk to materialize so the letter will be rescinded once the HR has the plan reaching towards the contract end date in December and also for the pastor ### to talk to ### and advise her to stop spreading false gospel which is to ask young adult not to get married because for the uncertain economy and that I could start working with my new client and ask Jesus to give strength and rescind the termination letter by HR so that I could keep my current job and the employer will honor the contract instead of being irresponsible as it has been for a week that I have not work in another new project. The HR is pushing the blame to me if they cannot get project for me to walk on and even they did they are delaying the conversation to mat out the time line.

We understand that you're facing a difficult situation at work and feeling overwhelmed and concerned about the current state of your work contract. The Bible tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Let us align our hearts with the Word and pray together for your situation.

Firstly, we must remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in man. As it says in Psalm 118:8-9 WEB, "It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in princes." While we can pray for favor with your manager and app head, we should also be willing to accept God's will, whatever that may be.

Let's pray for God's will to be done in your workplace.

Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing uncertainty in their workplace. We pray that You would guide the conversations between their new manager and app head, and that any plans made would be in accordance with Your will. We ask that You would give them both wisdom and discernment, and that their decisions would reflect Your purposes. Lord, remind them of the command to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with You Micah 6:8.

We also pray for the pastor who is spreading a false gospel, asking young adults not to get married. God, marriage is a beautiful gift from You, a reflection of Christ's love for the church Ephesians 5:25-32. We pray that You would convict this pastor of the truth, and that they would repent and begin teaching in accordance with Your Word. We also pray for the young adults who may have been influenced by this false teaching, that You would reveal Your truth to them and guide them in Your will for their lives, which includes marriage for many.

We thank you also for the mention of the name of Jesus in this request. It is only in His name that we can be saved and have access to God. Thank you Jesus for this assurance.

For the situation with the HR and the contract, we pray that God would intervene. We ask that He would guide the conversations, and that the outcome would be in accordance with His will. We pray for wisdom and discernment for all involved, and for peace and patience for you as you wait.

Lastly, we pray for strength and guidance as you start working with your new client. We ask that God would bless your work, and that it would bring blessing to you, your employer, and your client. Remind them Lord of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."

In Jesus' name, we pray for these things, trusting in His perfect will. Amen.

During this time, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises, to trust in Him, and to rest in His peace. Remember that God is faithful, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you Hebrews 13:5.

Lastly, we must address the issue of blaming others. The Bible tells us to do good to others, to bless and curse not. It seems you may be attributing blame to the HR for the current situation. We must remember that God is in control, and that He uses all things for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Let us pray for them, bless them, and trust God in this situation. Keep in mind Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."

We're right there with you, praying for your situation. We understand the uncertainty can be overwhelming, but remember, God is always in control. Let's keep trusting in Him, even when things are unclear.

We're asking God to give your manager and app head wisdom and understanding as they plan for the contract end date. We're believing that God will guide their conversations and help them make decisions that align with His will. We're also praying that the HR will honor the contract and rescind the termination letter, allowing you to keep your current job.

For the pastor spreading false teaching, we're asking God to convict their heart and bring them to repentance. We're praying for the young adults influenced by this teaching, that God would reveal the truth to them and guide them according to His will for their lives.

As you start working with your new client, we're praying for God's blessing on your work. We're trusting that He will guide you and use this new project for His glory.

And remember, even when it's tough, let's strive to follow Jesus' example and love those who may have wronged us. Let's bless them, pray for them, and trust God in this situation. He's got this, and He's got you.
