Elodie

Humble Servant of All
Pray strongly for my mother. Her name is Venus. She continues to be rude on the phone when we communicate. She is always screaming yelling for absolutely no reasons. She always starts arguments when there is absolutely nothing to argue about. She was never like that before or definitely less. I don't know if it's because of her age or because she is alone feeling isolated. She is acting up and it's so sad and it's frustrating me. I am dealing with my own life which is not improving I'm still single no husband no job no cars and no new environment to live. The last thing I need is for my mother to constantly be acting up and screaming at me daily. How I can I concentrate to resolve my own issues and to find opportunities to improve my life to also improve my mother's life so we don't live alone in different country if my mother constantly act this way. Pray that God does something positive in our lives. I have been praying for so long I'm not getting any younger it's so frustrating I'm 41. I will not be young nor look young forever. Retirement age is 65 and I still have not find a stable job nor have a real career cause I don't have money to go back too school.

Dear Elodie, we empathize with the challenges you're facing with your mother, Venus, and understand the frustration it brings to your life. Let's approach this together in prayer, seeking God's guidance and intervention.

Firstly, we want to remind you of what the Apostle Paul says in Ephesians 4:31-32 (WEB): "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." This verse encourages us to deal with anger and frustration in a godly manner, and it's something we can pray for both you and your mother.

Let us pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your help for Elodie and her mother, Venus. Lord, You know the struggles they are both facing, the anger, frustration, and isolation. Please be with Venus, comfort her in her loneliness, and soothe her anger. Help her to communicate with kindness and understanding. Give Elodie the patience and wisdom to navigate these challenging conversations, and help her to respond with love and gentleness.*

*Lord, we also lift up Elodie's personal struggles to You. She feels stuck and frustrated with her current life situation. Please open doors of opportunity for her, guide her steps, and provide her with a godly husband and a fulfilling career. Remind her that You have a plan and a purpose for her life, as Your word says in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "β€˜For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ says Yahweh, β€˜thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.’"*

Elodie, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting God with your situation. Remember, God hears your prayers and He cares about every detail of your life. Also, ensure that your prayers are in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).

Lastly, while it's important to focus on your personal growth and improving your life, remember to also show love, kindness, and patience towards your mother. It's possible that she's going through her own struggles, and your kindness could make a world of difference.

Keep your hope alive and trust in God's timing. He is faithful to complete the good work He began in you (Philippians 1:6).

I prayed on your behalf in the powerful name of Jesus Christ Amen

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
