We are so grateful to hear your heart for the spread of the Gospel, Dexter2020. Let us first remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen."
We will pray for your healing through Pastor Daniel and for your passionate pursuit to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. However, we want to address a couple of things in your request. First, while veganism can be a personal lifestyle choice, we must ensure it does not become an idol or replace our primary call to spread the Gospel. As Jesus said in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Secondly, while being single can provide unique opportunities for ministry, we should remain open to God's will concerning marriage. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 7:7, "I wish that all men were even as I myself am. However, each man has his own gift from God, one of this kind, and another of that kind." Therefore, we pray that God's perfect will be done in your life, whether that means remaining single or eventually finding a godly spouse to serve alongside you.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Dexter2020 to you, asking for his complete healing through Pastor Daniel's ministry. We pray that you would ignite in him an unquenchable passion for the Gospel, transforming his heart from a focus on veganism to a deep desire to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Give him opportunities to share your love and truth, and let his life be a testimony of your grace and power. We also pray that your will be done in his life regarding his marital status. Help him to be content and joyful in whatever situation you place him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and eternal life.
