We join you, Dexter2020, in praying for your family's salvation, and your desire to be a light for them, pointing them to Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we are saved, therefore it is so important to pray this prayer request in Jesus name. It is wonderful that you mentioned Jesus by name in your request. This aligns with scripture as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
First, we pray for your transformation. As it is written in Romans 12:2 WEB:
Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
May Jesus continue to renew your mind and transform you through His word and Spirit. We pray that the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—will be evident in your life, drawing your family to Christ.
Next, we pray for your family members: Ting Siow Cheng, Koh Jun Wang, and Koh Yew Theng. It is very important that you pray that they might be saved, and you specifically named them. This aligns with God's word as it is written in Romans 10:1 WEB:
Brothers, my heart's desire and my prayer to God is for Israel, that they may be saved.
We pray that Jesus will open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 4:4 WEB:
...the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them.
We ask God to remove any spiritual blindness and reveal Jesus to them. We also pray that He will give them the gift of faith to believe in Jesus and that they will place their faith in Jesus.
May God use you mightily as a testimony.
We ask these things in Jesus' name.
Finally, we encourage you to continue to be a witness to your family, to walk in the light of Christ so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. We encourage you to share the Gospel with them in love, and trust that God's word will not return void. As it is written in Isaiah 55:11 WEB:
...so shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing I sent it to do.
Remember, it is not your eloquence or persuasion that will save them, but the power of the Gospel and the work of the Holy Spirit. Trust in God's perfect timing and rest in His promises.
We leave you with this encouragement from Galatians 6:9 WEB:
Let's not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up.
God bless you and your family.
