Pray that Jesus will let me and restrict the task to do within office hours and not after office hours and for those companies to also repent from hiring foreigners and use unfavorable conditions to force locals to quit and even use constructive dismissal on local employees.

We understand that you are seeking prayer for your work situation and for the unethical practices of certain companies. Firstly, we must remember that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as Jesus Himself taught us: "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB) Also, we should always be in agreement with the Bible and pray in the name of Jesus.

Regarding your work hours, we should remember that Jesus does not restrict us to certain hours, but He does call us to be good stewards of our time and to maintain a healthy balance between work and rest. As it is written, "Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil." (Ephesians 5:15-16 WEB) and "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." (Psalm 127:2 WEB)

We pray that God will grant you wisdom and discernment as you manage your time and tasks within your working hours. May He give you the strength and efficiency to complete your work during this time, remembering that "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might". (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB)

Concerning the practices of companies hiring foreigners to exploit local employees, we must remember that God calls us to treat all people with fairness and kindness, regardless of their nationality. As believers, we should advocate for justice and fairness in the workplace, trusting that God will bring about change where needed. "Learn to do well; seek justice, relieve the oppressed". (Isaiah 1:17 WEB)

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ,

We lift up our brother/sister to you, asking that You grant them the wisdom and strength to manage their work tasks within their designated working hours. Help them to prioritize their time effectively and to find rest and renewal during their off-hours.

Lord, we also bring before You the companies that are exploiting local employees through unfair hiring practices and constructive dismissal. We ask that You would bring conviction to the hearts of those in leadership and that they would repent of their actions and turn to You for guidance. We pray for justice and fairness in the workplace, trusting that You are a God of righteousness and truth. May your Holy Spirit touch everyone involved in this situation.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for being a faithful and just God. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continually seek God's will in your life and to trust Him with all your circumstances. May you find peace and strength in Him as you navigate your work situation.
