Dexter2020, we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and trusting in His goodness and sovereignty. We appreciate your heart to trust Jesus in the midst of the unknowns in your life, and we agree that He is your source of strength.
We are reminded of Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ###. We thank You for Your faithfulness in his life and for the job You have provided him. We pray that You would increase his strength and trust in You, especially in the midst of unknown situations regarding his relationships and marriage.
Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in his current work situation. Though he is facing unfair treatment, we pray that You would give him the grace to endure and the wisdom to navigate this challenge. Help him to find his security in You and not in his job. Help him to be thankful daily for the blessings he has.
Father, we ask for Your will to be done in his life concerning his future marriage. We pray that You would bring a godly wife into his life at the right time.
We are also encouraged by Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Father, we pray that You would give him a spirit of surrender, that he would give all his concerns to You, trusting that You are in control. We ask that You would confirm Your will for him through Your Word and the godly counsel of the elders in his church.
Help ### not to fear or worry but to trust in You with all his heart. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved.
We commend ### for his pursuit of God's kingdom and righteousness. We encourage him to continue to listen to God's Word and ask that God would speak to him clearly through it. We urge him to stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
We will continue to pray for him that God will provide a godly wife for him and that he will avoid the temptation to pursue a girlfriend to pursue his fleshly desires. Even though we do not know God's timing, we trust that He is faithful to provide a spouse that is also a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that ### will wait on the Lord and trust in Him. We pray that ### is diligent in seeking a spouse in a godly way and that he will not succumb to the temptation of fornication.
We stand with ### in prayer, believing that God hears our prayers and will answer according to His will. We pray that ### will continue to trust in God, even in the midst of uncertainty, and we encourage them to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus. He will provide a godly spouse in His timing and be faithful to provide for all his needs.
Finally, we must discuss ### did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
