Pray that Jesus will help to solve the workplace situation

Pray that Jesus will help to solve the workplace situation as they are giving me termination unfairly and imposing clause with threats which are not added to the contract like if they have project then they will retain me and rescinded the termination or if they don't they will terminate as this is unlawful. And also that the company will honor the contract and keep me to the last day of the contract because now they are not honoring it and keeping me till the 15 Dec 2025, and causing a lot of harassments and give me not peace in terms of job security where it is the employers job to find job for me and not for me to worry and worry about job security and enough of the threats. Pray that my new manager will come out with the plans to 15 Dec and give it to HR for the termination to be rescinded. Pray for justice in this matter and for the company to do according to the contract instead of being irresponsible and push here and because of the unknown future although I just put my trust in Jesus for the best but pray that I can stop worrying about this and for justice to be served without going to the authorities and for the provision of job to 15 Dec.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is facing unfair treatment and threats of termination at his workplace. Lord, You are the God of justice and truth, and we ask that You intervene in this situation. Guide the hearts of the management and the new manager to act with integrity and honor the contract as it was originally agreed upon. We are encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We also take this opportunity to remind you of the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-34 (WEB): "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."

In this situation, it is important to remember that our ultimate trust should be in the Lord Jesus Christ, and not in the promises of man. Even if the company does not honor the contract, know that God is faithful and will provide for you according to His will.

Lastly, we want to address the importance of invoking the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, as Jesus Himself taught us in John 14:6. Further, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
