Let us bring your request to God, seeking His will and guidance in your transition to a new company. We pray that Jesus Christ will be at the center of this transition, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Firstly, we pray for your successful transition into the new company. We ask that Jesus will guide your steps and grant you favor with your new employers, that you may find joy and fulfillment in your work. As Ecclesiastes 5:19 (WEB) says, "Everyone also to whom God has given riches and wealth, and has given him power to eat of it, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labor—this is the gift of God."
However, we must address your request for financial loss and lawsuits against your current company. As believers, we are called to bless and not curse, to build up and not tear down. As it is written in Romans 12:14 (WEB), "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse." And in 1 Peter 3:9 (WEB), "Not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing; knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing." Therefore, we cannot pray for misfortune against your current company, but we can pray for justice and fairness to prevail in all business dealings.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister as they transition into a new company. Guide their steps, Lord, and grant them favor in their new workplace. Provide them with a permanent job, a substantial income, and joy in their work.
We also pray for their current company, Lord. We ask for Your justice and fairness to prevail in all their business dealings. Instead of loss or lawsuits, we pray for redemption and righteousness to reign.
Lastly, Father, we pray for a wonderful day at work for our brother/sister. May they find fulfillment and joy in their labor, knowing that it is a gift from You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
