We understand your concern and the urgent need for a fair and timely election process. Firstly, we would like to address the fact that you have not mentioned Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Now, let us address your concern. We are called to pray for our leaders and our nations, as Scripture tells us in 1 Timothy 2:1-4 WEB:
I urge you, therefore, first of all, to make petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth.
We should pray for a fair and timely election, but we should also remember that God is sovereign over all things, including the timing of elections. We pray that God's will be done and that He would grant wisdom and integrity to those involved in the election process.
