Let us bring this matter to God in prayer, seeking His will and guidance in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we must remember that God desires repentance and restoration, not punishment. As it is written in Ezekiel 33:11, "As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?" Our heart should be for ### to repent and turn to Jesus, not merely for her to face consequences.
We should pray that ### would experience the conviction of the Holy Spirit, leading her to repentance. As Jesus said in John 16:8, "When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment."
However, if ### chooses not to repent, we must trust God's justice. As it is written in Galatians 6:7, "Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." We can pray that God, in His sovereignty, would remove ### from her position if that is His will and for His glory.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We ask that Your Spirit would convict her heart and lead her to repentance. We pray that she would turn from her ways and put her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. However, if she chooses not to repent, we trust Your justice. If it is Your will, remove her from her position. We ask that Your will be done, in Jesus' name.
Lastly, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Let us keep this in mind as we pray for ### and all those involved.
We also point out that 2 Peter 3:9 states "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance." We should also pray that ### would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and not perish.

We should also intercede for those around ### - her colleagues, superiors, and family. Pray that they would be a beacon of love and truth, reflecting Christ's light in her life. As Romans 12:21 reminds us, "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
