Pray that Jesus will bring a spouse

Articles stop using the word If it is his will as this will make me doubt Jesus Christ and moreover it is not good for a person to be alone as mentioned in the bible and Jesus will bring a helper so help me by stop using if it is his will as I am very doubtful and this will cripple my relationship with the Lord and worry about this. All I need now is confidence not if else or wait.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God's will is the foundation of our prayers. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are instructed to pray in His name and according to God's will. "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us" 1 John 5:14 WEB. The phrase "if it is his will" is not a cause for doubt, but a recognition that God's will is supreme and that He knows what is best for us.

Regarding your desire for a spouse, we understand that it is not good for man to be alone. Indeed, it has been so since the beginning, as shown in Genesis 2:18 WEB, "Yahweh God said, 'It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.'" However, it's essential to trust in God's timing and plan. He may have a season of singleness for you to grow in your relationship with Him, to prepare you for your future spouse, or to serve Him in a unique capacity.

We also need to clarify that while God instituted marriage, it is a covenant between a man and a woman. Therefore, we will pray for a godly spouse for you, according to God's design for marriage.

Let us pray together:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Dexter2020. Lord, You know the desires of their heart. We pray that You will provide a godly spouse for them, in Your timing and according to Your will. Help them to trust in You, to grow in their relationship with You, and to serve You wholeheartedly. Remove any doubt or worry, and replace it with Your peace and confidence. May God's perfect will be carried out all over the World, in Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
