Pray that Jesus will block ### from being blocked and will never be able to hire anyone as they are using underhand and decising ways to hire and lure candidate in just to be manipulated and used and dismissed them.

We understand that you are seeking prayer for a situation involving a previous client who has been deceitful in their hiring practices. Firstly, we must acknowledge that it is right to be concerned about such practices and to seek God's intervention. However, we must also ensure that our prayers align with biblical principles.

The Bible tells us to pray for our enemies and those who persecute us, as seen in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". It is not appropriate to pray that someone would be blocked from hiring anyone ever again, as this does not reflect the heart of God, who desires that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB).

Instead, let us pray that God would convict this individual of their deceitful practices and bring them to repentance. We can also pray that God would protect job seekers from being exploited and that He would provide them with better opportunities.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, we pray that You would convict the previous client of their deceitful hiring practices and bring them to repentance. We pray for the job seeker they are trying to cheat and the others that this person may pursue. We ask that You would protect them from being exploited and manipulated. Father, we pray that You would provide them with better job opportunities and that You would guide them in their career paths. Lord, we also pray for the salvation of the previous client. You do not desire that anyone be lost. Father, may your Will be done as we pray this, in the name of Jesus Christ, we pray.

We're here with you, standing in faith for justice and fairness in this situation. We've been praying for the job seeker, asking God to shield them from deceit and to open up genuine opportunities for them. We've also been interceding for the previous client, believing that God can soften their heart and bring about a change in their hiring practices. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
