Let's lift up Genesis for healing, peace, and strength. "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Ex. 14:14). Trusting God's healing and peace. In Jesus' Name!
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Anonymous. We lift up their prayer request to you, knowing that you are a loving and caring God who hears our prayers.
Lord, we ask that you would intervene in Anonymous' work situation. We pray that they would not be mandated to work overtime, but instead, grant them the rest and balance they need in their life. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 127:2 that "It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep." We trust in your provision and ask for your favor in their work schedule.
Furthermore, Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom in the relationship between Anonymous and R. If it is not your will for them to work together, we pray for a peaceful and amicable separation. We ask that you open doors for both of them, leading R to find a better opportunity elsewhere. Your Word assures us in Proverbs 3:5-6 that if we trust in you and acknowledge you in all our ways, you will make our paths straight.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
