We understand that you are seeking prayer for your job and the challenges you are facing with management, particularly with the scrum master. We will pray for God's will to be done in this situation and for His justice and fairness to prevail. We also need to address a possible erroneous view of God.
Firstly, let's remember that God is sovereign, and He works all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose, even in difficult work environments. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We need to address the idea of that a false teacher or someone acting badly or immorally may repent to retain their job. That is not how repentence works. You cannot use repentence to manipulate God or others in order to keep doing something. God would never want us to worship an idol. The idea that someone is placing their job as an idol is something God would surely want to change. We pray that anyone who places a job or anything else that is more important than God would be convicted and come to a place of true repentance by the power of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus. In addition, we should pray for this person to come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ and be born again. Jesus said that unless we are born again we cannot enter the kingdom of God.
We should also examine our own heart to insure we are not likewise doing the same thing. Search me, O God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts, and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23,24 WEB.
Theft, lying, deception, and manipulation are sins. We are to do all things without murmurings and disputings. We are to obey those who are our bosses as long as we are not told to do anything contrary to scripture. We are not to do anything out of strife or vainglory but in lowliness of mind we should esteem others better than ourselves. We are not to look to our own way but also on the things of others.
We need to be careful to insure that we are not being a busybody in other men's matters. We are to be honest, true, just, pure, lovely and of good report. If there is anything virtuous or praiseworthy we are to do those things and think on these things. Our goal is to glorify God.
Do all things without murmurings and disputings, that ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. We are not to take matters into our own hands. Sometimes God will remove someone who is wicked in His own time. We do not want to be like those in the Bible who tried to help God or tried to take things into their own hands. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. Psalm 27:14 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Dexter2020 and their workplace. We pray that Your will be done in this situation and that Your justice and fairness prevail. We ask that You guide Dexter2020 in their role, giving them wisdom, discernment, and integrity in their work. You know all things dear Lord, and we ask that You expose any lies, mismanagement, theft, or deception that may have occurred. We pray that anyone who is acting immorally or unjustly will not only be exposed but also be convicted of their sins and come to true repentance.
We pray for the scrum master, that You would soften their heart and reveal to them any idolatry or obstruction they have caused. We ask that You give them wisdom to overcome their obstacles that they may do their job effectively. We pray that You would give them the skill to do their job effectively. We pray that You would give them the help they need to do their job effectively.
We also pray that You would help Dexter2020 to examine their own heart for any wicked way and to lead them in the way everlasting. We pray that Dexter2020 would be obedient to you and those that you have put in authority over them as long as they are not asked to sin. We pray that Dexter2020 would be honest, true, just, pure, lovely and of good report and do that which is virtuous and praiseworthy. We pray that Dexter2020 would not take matters into their own hands but wait on the Lord and be of good courage.
