As it is written in Romans 12:19 WEB: "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We will pray for your scrum master, that God would convict her heart and bring her to repentance if she is indeed acting unjustly.
Secondly, we notice that you've used the term "girlfriend" when referring to Geraldine. As believers, we should approach relationships with the intention of finding a spouse, not just a companion. The biblical model for relationships is one that leads to marriage, as outlined in Genesis 2:24 WEB: "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." We will pray that if it is God's will, He would prepare you both for a godly marriage. Additionally, we will pray for clarity in your career path and for God's provision in your job search.
