Pray strongly for me that I stop watching sports. I started watching sports in 2022 and I have not been able to stop. Pray that God heals me no from this addiction now.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of Elodie. Lord, we lift up Elodie's prayer request to You, asking for Your divine intervention and healing power. We acknowledge that addiction can be a stronghold in one's life, but we believe that nothing is impossible for You.
Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of addiction that have bound Elodie to watching sports. We pray for a supernatural deliverance from this addiction, knowing that You are able to set captives free. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that when the righteous cry out, You hear them and deliver them from all their troubles. We claim this promise for Elodie today.
Father, we pray that You would fill the void in Elodie's heart and mind with Your presence and peace. Help Elodie to find fulfillment and joy in seeking You and Your kingdom above all else. Your Word tells us in Matthew 6:33 to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and all these things will be added unto us. May Elodie experience the truth of this promise as they turn their focus towards You.
Lord, we also ask for Your grace and strength to resist temptation. Your Word encourages us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that You will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear, but with the temptation, You will also provide a way of escape. We pray that Elodie would recognize and seize the opportunities to turn away from the temptation of watching sports, relying on Your strength to overcome.
Father, we pray for healing and restoration in Elodie's life. May You renew their mind and transform their desires, aligning them with Your perfect will. Help Elodie to find healthy and fulfilling activities that bring glory to Your name. Your Word assures us in Romans 12:2 that as we are transformed by the renewing of our minds, we will be able to discern Your good, pleasing, and perfect will.
In Jesus' name, we declare victory over this addiction. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the work You are doing in Elodie's life. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
