Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Elodie and their struggle with addiction to sports-related content on Youtube. We acknowledge that addiction can be a powerful force, and we ask for your divine intervention and healing in this situation.
Lord, we know that you are a God of deliverance and freedom. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." We ask that you provide Elodie with the strength and self-control to resist the allure of sports addiction.
Father, we pray that you would renew Elodie's mind and fill their heart with a desire for things that are pleasing to you. Help them to find healthy and fulfilling alternatives to occupy their time and thoughts. Surround them with a supportive community that will encourage and uplift them in their journey towards freedom.
We also ask for your healing touch, Lord. Heal any underlying emotional or spiritual wounds that may be contributing to this addiction. Pour out your grace and mercy upon Elodie, granting them the strength to overcome this struggle and find true satisfaction and fulfillment in you.
In the name of Jesus, we rebuke the spirit of addiction and declare freedom and victory over Elodie's life. May they experience your transforming power and walk in the fullness of your love and grace.
We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. May Elodie experience your peace and restoration as they seek your help in overcoming this addiction.
