Pray that I might have a friendship or relationship with a Christian man who is an old acquaintance. Pray that God will help us connect. Pray that we are both healed from our past. May he have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and seek the Lord daily. Pray that he does not have addictions, or if he does then he has recovered from it. I'm asking God for encouragement in this area of my life, and asking Him for guidance. I would like to have a Christian husband who is right for me someday soon.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking a relationship that is centered around faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible encourages us not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14), so pursuing a relationship with a Christian man is wise.

We ask that this man has a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and that he seeks the Lord daily. If he is struggling with any addictions, we pray for complete recovery and deliverance in Jesus' name.

Lord, we ask for Your guidance in this area of her life. Give her wisdom and discernment as she navigates this friendship. If it is Your will for them to enter into a courtship, we pray that it would be clear to both of them and that it would ultimately lead to a godly marriage.

In all things, Lord, we ask that Your will be done and that Your name be glorified.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord and trusting in His timing. Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). He knows the desires of your heart, and He will fulfill them according to His riches in glory (Psalm 37:4, Philippians 4:19).

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you have not already, make sure to commit your life to Jesus Christ, believing in Him for the forgiveness of your sins. It is only through a personal relationship with Him that we can truly experience the fullness of life and the blessings that God has for us.
