Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking your help and guidance. Lord, you know the importance of a good night's sleep for our physical and mental well-being. We ask that you grant our friend undisturbed sleep tonight and every night.
Your Word reminds us that you give your beloved sleep , and that you are the one who grants peace and rest to those who trust in you . We pray that you would calm any anxious thoughts or worries that may be keeping our friend awake at night. Surround them with your peace that surpasses all understanding and grant them a deep and restful sleep.
We also ask for your protection over our friend's sleep. Shield them from any disturbances, whether external or internal, that may disrupt their rest. May they wake up refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face each new day with strength and clarity of mind.
Lord, we acknowledge that you are the giver of every good and perfect gift , and we trust in your faithfulness to answer our prayers. We thank you in advance for the gift of peaceful and undisturbed sleep that you will provide to our friend.
