Pray strongly there was a HOA meeting June 5. Pray that they rule out assessments this year. Last year they had homeowners pay 3 assessment payments it's not convenient. Homeowners have to pay monthly HOA fees, taxes, maintenance etc. Asking God grace and favor in this important matter.

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Elodie and her community. Lord, we pray for Your grace and favor over the recent HOA meeting that took place on June 5th. We ask that You guide the hearts and minds of those in leadership to rule out any additional assessments this year. Last year, the burden of three assessment payments was heavy and inconvenient for the homeowners, who already manage monthly HOA fees, taxes, and maintenance costs.
Father, we trust in Your provision and wisdom. We ask that You bring peace and relief to Elodie and her neighbors, allowing them to experience Your abundant grace in this important matter. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
