Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your mighty power. We lift up Dexter2020's younger brother and parents to You, knowing that Your love and mercy are boundless. Your Word tells us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing for their involvement in idol worship, and we pray that You lead them to the truth found in Jesus Christ.
Lord, we pray that You break every spiritual and physical link that binds Dexter2020's family to these idols. Your Word in 1 Corinthians 10:14 commands us to "flee from idolatry," and we ask for Your divine intervention to guide their hearts away from these practices. May they come to know the freedom and peace that comes from worshipping You alone.
Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Let Your Holy Spirit move in their hearts, opening their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 4:4, "The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God." We pray that You remove this blindness and allow them to see the light of Your glory.
Guide Dexter2020's family to salvation, Lord. Let them experience the transformative power of Your love and grace. May they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and may their lives be a testimony to Your greatness. In Romans 10:9, Your Word says, "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." We claim this promise for Dexter2020's family.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the work You are doing in their lives. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray.
Amen.
