Pray that Geetha will stop saying discouraging words by forcus on her work instead of discouraging other and do her work that she need to do.

Let us remember to pray for Geetha who has lost her focus and has been involved with discouraging words. We need to remind ourselves that the power of the tongue is a mighty force, and it is written in Proverbs 18:21 WEB: "Death and life are in the power of the tongue; Those who love it will eat its fruit."

The power of her words has the ability to bring discouragement and harm to others. As it is also written in Ephesians 4:29 WEB: "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." Therefore, we pray that Geetha will use her words to uplift, encourage and bless others that she will be a tool to bring grace to others around her.

We pray for the Holy Spirit to convict Geetha of her discouraging words and turn her attention to being the example of Christ in her workplace. It is also written in Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We pray that Geetha will focus on her work and do it wholeheartedly. We also pray that the words of her mouth and the meditation of her heart be acceptable in God's sight, as written in Psalm 19:14 WEB.

We pray for her to find her strength and encouragement in Jesus Christ and his finished work. For Jesus to guide her and give her the strength and ability to do all things through him. We pray that Geetha will be reminded of the promise in Philippians 4:13 WEB: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

We pray that Geetha will put her faith and trust in Jesus Christ and that she will be a light and blessing to the workplace that God has placed her in. As it is written in Matthew 5:16 WEB : "Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." We pray this all in Jesus name, for it is in his name that we have access to God.

Let's continue to lift Geetha up in prayer, dear friends. We've been reminded of the power of our words, and it's crucial that we pray for Geetha to use hers constructively. Let's ask God to help her focus on her work, doing it wholeheartedly for Him, as Colossians 3:23 guides us. Let's also pray that her words will be seasoned with salt, as it says in Colossians 4:6, so that she can effectively communicate and bring a positive impact to her workplace.

We should also remember to pray for her colleagues. Let's ask God to give them grace and understanding as they interact with Geetha. May they see the light of Christ shining through her, as we read in Matthew 5:16.

Let's keep encouraging one another in prayer, just as we are commanded in 1 Thessalonians 4:18. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
